Founded in 2006, Mr Homes has grown from a single independent branch into one of Cardiff’s market-leading estate agencies. In 2024, they called on me to bring that same community focus into the digital space, revitalising their social channels with authentic, consistent content that connects directly with clients.

Refreshing a dormant digital presence

When I started working with Mr Homes, the potential was undeniable. This vibrant and friendly team had built a stellar reputation through their customer-first approach, but their social channels were in need of an uplift. I began by creating consistent, engaging content that truly reflected their welcoming brand personality. A comprehensive suite of branded social assets followed, alongside their debut reels – captivating property walkthroughs that immediately drew audiences in. 

The results were impressive: 70,000+ post views, 5,300+ reel views, and dramatically increased interaction across all platforms within just months.

As the company continues to deliver the ultimate combination of property, finance, and legal expertise, it is only fitting that the brand evolves to reflect exactly this. The goal is to ensure customers clearly recognise Mr Homes as the complete home mover package. A seamless, all-in-one solution that defines trust, convenience, and expertise. As they move into 2026, I’m proud to have provided consultancy support as they collaborate with external agencies to bring a rebrand to life. It marks an exciting new chapter for a company with nearly two decades of service within the property industry; this rebrand must be approached with care. The trust and loyalty they’ve built over the years had to be protected.
